We're lucky enough to be part of Nedging Hall Estate meaning that the venison you’ll find on the menu is supplied by the estate. This and the fruit and vegetables grown in the kitchen garden make their way into your dishes; true estate to plate dining. And what we don’t grow ourselves, we source ultra-locally.
